Opening Worship Offering supporting Camp Scholarships
The special offering received during Opening Worship at Annual Conference 2026 will go toward Horizon Texas Conference Camp Scholarships. These scholarships support campers at all conference-sponsored camps — including Summer Camp, Bible Camp, Confirmation Camp, Midwinter and Winter Camp. Our goal is to ensure that cost is never a barrier for any of our campers to connect, collaborate and cultivate their faith in community.
Ordination Service Offering supporting the Miracle Sunday Initiative
The special offering received during the Service of Ordination and Commissioning will benefit The United Methodist Church's Miracle Sunday Initiative. This connection-wide effort supports a bold goal: endowing 500 theological scholarships in perpetuity for emerging clergy leaders in Africa, Europe and the Philippines. As we celebrate those being ordained and commissioned in the Horizon Texas Conference, your generosity will help equip the next generation of leaders to love boldly, serve joyfully and lead courageously around the world.
