Dreading the holidays due to the death of a loved one?
This one-session seminar is intended for Horizon Texas laity who are experiencing grief this holiday season.
The Zoom session will help with answers to these types of questions:
- Should I force myself to attend holiday celebrations when I don’t feel like celebrating?
- Do I need to make changes to my holiday traditions this year?
- Are there steps I can take to prepare myself emotionally and spiritually?
- How can I best honor my loved one during this time?
- It there a way I can focus on the true meaning of the holidays and maybe even grow closer to God in my grief?
