Youth FUSION Grants empower four or more churches to unite in mission and ministry with youth. These grants supplement the work that is being done, as well as support outreach and invitation to smaller churches, inviting them to join. Whether you’re gathering for an ice cream night, playing broomball or enjoying a youth night at the movies, the Horizon Texas Conference Youth FUSION Grants can help our youth do more together!
