Cultivating a Culture of Care in Your Church and Community

Equip your pastoral and lay leadership with practical tools to create a culture of care that fosters discipleship, healing, and community support.

The training objectives are:

  • Understand the theological foundations of care and healing within the church.

  • Develop practical skills such as spiritual listening, praying with others, and conducting hospital or home visits.

  • Learn basic principles about boundaries in caring relationships to maintain healthy connections.

  • Recruit, organize, and evaluate care teams to maximize reach and impact in the community.

You’re welcome to take part in either the virtual training or both.
