"Equipped to Reach" is a six-to eight-week program designed to train and equip young, diverse laity across the Horizon Texas Conference. The program combines virtual learning with group check-ins, covering topics like HTC vision, Wesleyan theology, evangelism, small group leadership, abuse prevention policies and intercultural development. By investing in these leaders, the Conference affirms that the future of the church depends on empowered, equipped laypersons. Upon completing "Equipped to Reach," these individuals will be ready to move from knowledge, to action, deploying into the mission field.
