2025 End of Year Reporting
Important deadlines and reporting information for 2025 apportionments, the 2025 fund balance report, and 2025 Check Out.
2025 Apportionments
The deadline for local churches to remit apportionments is January 13, 2026. All 2025 apportionments must be received in the Plano Conference Office no later than this date. To clarify:
- Online payments must be made on or before January 13: Online Payment Portal
- Any checks received by mail after January 13 will be posted to 2026.
- Hand-delivered checks must be delivered on or before January 13 to the Plano office (500 Maplelawn Drive) during business hours 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- If hand-delivering to the Fort Worth office (3200 E. Rosedale Street), checks must be received by noon on January 12.
2025 Check Out
Check Out is the end-of-year reporting process for HTC local churches. The deadline for local churches to complete this process is January 16, 2026. Churches will not be able to log into ACSTATS until January 1.

2025 Fund Balance Report
To facilitate the process outlined in ¶258.4.d of the Book of Discipline, each church should complete a Fund Balance Report Form between January 1 and February 1. Submitting this form will automatically provide a copy to your district office. Churches are responsible for sharing the report with their appropriate leadership.
